>> good morning, everyone. i'm carolyn tyler. thanks for joining us this sunday, august 11th. let's start with a quick first look at the whether with our meteorologist lisa argen. >> good morning. here's a look at the fog footprint this morning. we are already getting clearing in the east bay valleys and up the peninsula, but airport delays of 56 minutes. even parts of mt. tam beginning to clear. we are expecting the fog to pull back to the shoreline. in fact, sunshine sooner around most neighborhoods today. we are looking at more sun in the city today. that will bring temperatures up a couple of degrees today. just starts the day of transition. we are looking at more changes, warmer changes for the week ahead. i'll have that for you just ahead. thanks, carolyn. >> thank you, happening now, the bart labor disputes heads to a rare sunday court session. it's just getting underway in san francisco. a superior court judge is hearing governor jerry brown's request to order a 60-day cooling-off period to avoid a strike. kira klapper is at the courthouse live with this developing story. go

>> this is abc7 news. >> good morning, everyone. thanks for joining us on this sunday, august 25th. i'm carolyn tyler. let's start with a quick first look at the weather with our meteorologist lisa argen. >> good morning to you, carolyn. an interesting shot from the east bay hills camera. normally we would see mt. diablo in the distance, but with less of the low clouds ehave operating and we are looking at mild temperatures this morning. 67 in concord, livermore and napa. you have started out warmer due to the blanket of low and mid-level clouds. now we are looking to burn-off and mostly sunny skies for just about everyone today except right along the coast and in the north bay you will see the partly cloudy skies. 80s, yeah, there will be a few of them in our inland east bay. but whether or not the 90s march closer to us in the final days of august, i'll let you know about that in a few minutes. carolyn. >> thank you, lisa. >>> we continue to follow the wildfire burning near yosemite. the fire has burned nearly 130,000 acres. it's just 7% contained. about 4500 homes are threatened
